Al Twar Centre asserts the provision of dedicated services electronically, particularly smart attestations, which can be applied for through the Al Twar Centre’s website www.altwarcentre.ae. All service applications are reviewed and approved electronically and the fees are collected upon fulfilling all relevant requirements, the most important of which is to ensure that the documents to be certified by the Customer Happiness Center pre-attesting the document.

Al Twar Centre also rolled out a mechanism to complete online transactions through its eServices portal. Customers can also visit the centre to complete the attestation, carrying the original documents and the payment receipt.

Initially Al Twar Centre offers attestation services to authenticate official documents such as Supply & Installation Certificate Attestation.
