In these Terms and Conditions, We, our, us, ATC refers to Al Twar Centre (Dubai Branch).
Undelivered Documents
In case you are unable to collect the document from ATC or accept delivery supplied by ATC, we will require a written confirmation from you within 100 days of completion of the order as to when the document will be received by you. ATC will have the right to destroy any document from absentee clients not collected within 100 days of completion of the order.
Delayed Orders
Attestation process is fully governed by the Government Entities. These rules, regulations and specific timeframe are subject to change without prior notification from the said Government Departments and consular offices. These delays can only be informed afterwards. Delays may also be caused by system failure at the government offices, any observed local public holidays, climate conditions, political disputes, and other instances of such nature. ATC cannot be held responsible for such delays. These delays will be considered as non-working days and will be informed to the clients promptly. We will not be held responsible for any document rejected during attestation due to the non-eligibility of the document and reserve the right to payment of costs incurred till the said rejection.
Missing / Damaged Documents
Where the Applicant avails of the Courier Acceptance Service or Courier Return Service, the Applicant confirms and is aware that the courier acceptance and delivery services have been operated by the third party and ATC do not assure any responsibility or liability for any deficiency in service on part of the Courier Company in case documents are lost or damaged in transit.
Only standard size documents are accepted by the courier company in the process of collection and delivery. Hence, the clients must take reasonable precaution while handing over documents by removing the lamination and handing over to courier company so that the documents.
Payments
If you make a payment for our services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
Cancellation Of Order
In case the client cancels the order any time during the attestation process, we will have the right to charge you the costs incurred to the point of cancellation and a proportionate service charge. If the attestation process has completed at the time of cancellation, we reserve the right to the payment of the full fee quoted.
